SAP Business One Consultant – iStrat Solutions Inc. help clients solve their most complex business and technical issues. As a SAP Business One Consultant, you will contribute to the implementation and support of SAP Business One in an on-premise and cloud based environment for our Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting software installation, configuration, and training according to a work plan and schedule
- Effectively communicating and building consensus with clients
- Documenting current-state business processes and designing future-state processes
- Documenting the implementation scope and design
- Customizing forms and developing reports using Crystal Reports and Lumira
- Designing and conducting data migration from legacy systems into SAP Business One
- Defining and documenting requirements for software customizations and custom reports
- Developing software customizations using SAP’s software development kit and supported development platform
- Providing ongoing customer maintenance and support
- Training, coaching, and mentoring clients on the effective use of software
- Assisting with development and maintenance of software implementation tools and methodology
- Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of SAP Business One
- Providing regular project status reports to management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in Information Technology field, or equivalent experience
- Bilingual – (English & Portuguese (Brazil)
- Experience with multiple full cycle SAP Business One implementations as functional consultant or SQL Developer
- A solid understanding business process, policies, and work flows
- A working knowledge of accounting principles
- An advanced understanding of ERP software applications
- Strong communication skills – written and oral
- Good interviewing and listening skills
- Effective time-management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to author technical specifications, presentations, and other documentation
