As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the sale of the following products:

  • ERP
  • Business Analytics
  • Web Solutions
  • Technical Expertise as a Service (TEaaS) 

Your responsibilities will include:

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Own the entire sales process and ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Prospect leads, vet and qualify leads, contact leads and setup introductory meeting and/or demonstrations for business development managers and/or senior leaders.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales quotas for revenue generation and customer acquisition
  • Identify buying signals and deliver key value propositions; identify upsell opportunities and successfully convert to sales
  • Engage in solutions-based business-level conversations to influence customers and, ultimately, assist in closing  sales
  • Develop insight in various industries to provide value added consultative sales experience to leads
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team on campaign planning, execution and lead management
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team in closing sales, training, and building a strong team culture

REQUIREMENTS AND EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication skills
  • 1+ years’ experience with direct sales
  • Proven success in a quota driven, high demand sales environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and maintain current comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services
